Upon arrival, the room was clean, but the visible gypsum board in the bathroom was disappointing even for budget standards. It took a while for the room to warm up, which was a downside. The service, however, was prompt and helpful, with some room for improvement in training for coffee preparation. The location was convenient for exploring Astana, although taxi rides were necessary for most destinations. The dining experience exceeded expectations, especially the coffee variations from the espresso machine. Overall, the hotel offers a decent stay with some room for improvement.
